EDM Ghost does not return money after you purchased the track on our website. Except when it violates someone’s rights or an error has occurred on our part. We always support our users.
Compensation

Seller’s Rights
Rights and obligations of the seller:
1) The seller transfers all exclusive rights, copyrights and related rights to the track on the EDM Ghost website and after buying the track to the buyer.
2) The seller will earn 72% of the sold track.
3) It is prohibited to sell a track posted on EDM Ghost on other sites and platforms.
4) The seller has full legal responsibility for his musical works.
5) Compositions or musical works must be original and without copyright infringement.
6) The seller can remove the track from the store after 4 months from the date of publication.
7) The seller can make discounts on his tracks.
8) Unauthorized samples, vocals, or loops cannot be used.
EDM Ghost Rights:
1) EDM Ghost can change the cost of tracks and services without warning to increase sales on the site.
2) In case of copyright infringement or other infringement, EDM Ghost may remove the track from the store.
3) EDM Ghost can have full access to any track information.
4) Block the seller’s account if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
Rights of the Buyer
Rights and obligations of the buyer:
1) The buyer can use his full rights to the tracks after buying and paying for them.
2) After buying the track, we remove the preview and automatically add the sold icon.
3) The buyer receives full rights to the purchased track and 100% royalties.
4) Our deal is 100% confidential.
5) The buyer may use the track for any purpose. Except for sale to third parties.
6) The buyer cannot return the track, so listen carefully to it from start to finish before buying it.
7) Once purchased, you can change and edit your track.
8) The buyer is responsible for paying any governmental taxes related to any purchases through EDM Ghost.
Confidential Information
The user may be aware of confidential information about EDM Ghost. Such confidential information provided by EDM Ghost or any other party shall remain confidential. In particular, the user agrees to maintain the trust and confidentiality of all confidential information during and after this agreement. The User acknowledges and agrees that such Confidential Information is unique and valuable to EDM Ghost and is created and acquired through a substantial investment of time, effort, financial and other resources.
